Warranty
Each Neptune product has been subjected to rigorous quality controls and we guarantee that it conforms to the highest quality standards. In order to ensure a trouble-free installation, we strongly recommend that you read the installation manual carefully before beginning any work. The warranty will be granted to the original buyer upon presentation of proof of purchase. Neptune, at its discretion, will repair or replace any faulty product covered under this warranty. The warranty does not cover any labor or additional costs.

Baths and showers: Acrylic baths and showers come with a lifetime limited warranty on the structure, a 10-year warranty on systems, pumps, turbines and on electronic controls.

Washbasins and wooden parts: 1-year warranty.

Faucets: Lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
