All of Neptune’s porcelain products are manufactured using the most state-of-the-art processes in the industry. Double glazing and firing for exceptional durability, a high density finish that helps resist the formation of bacteria and the accumulation of debris are only two of the elements that guarantee you an exceptional product.

The Neptune collection also includes bidets, pedestal sinks, in counter and undermount basins to ensure a perfect marriage with the other components in your bathroom.

Beautiful toilets that function marvelously
A toilet’s appearance is important but we know that your primary preoccupation is that it functions without a hitch. That is why all Neptune’s toilets are designed not only to use little water (6 litres / 1.6 gallons us), but also have the following advantages:

  • They are manufactured as one-piece.
  • The majority of them are offered with a double flush system (3 and 6 liters).
  • They are equipped with Geberit and R&T mechanicals and use "Siphonic Vortex" and "Whisper Quiet Flush" systems.
  • The two inch siphon and the water tank are manufactured with the help of a glazing process for maximal performance and to provide protection against condensation on the tank.
  • They are equipped with an anti-blockage trap.
  • All components are UPC certified.
  • A designer seat with installation kit is included.
  • Some models are equipped with a self-closing seat.
  • All control buttons are chrome.
  • All of our models received excellent grades during certification.
  • Our porcelain products carry a 5 year warranty and the seats carry a 1 year warranty.
